“ would like to give a big compliment to the Albanian bartender. He was absolutely professional, friendly, and always in a great mood. His cocktails were perfectly made, and you could tell he put care and attention into every drink. What stood out the most was his attentive service – he took time for every guest and always had a smile on his face. Thanks to him, we spent many enjoyable evenings at the bar. Truly one of the highlights of our stay – thank you for the excellent service! ”
“ We stayed here for a week (all inclusive) Rooms - quite nice room, nothing to complain about regarding dispositions or furniture. We had issue with doors, that were not locking - resolved in an hour. Missing toilet paper and shower gel were also resolved, but we had to remind them twice. Service - in general it was really good, but in bar we had experienced not really nice service. Even tho it was all-inclusive we were supposed to have only one drink per person, what is pretty frustrating when you are enjoying day in pools that are 5 min per walk away and you have to go there all the time. Also it was only until 22:00 and even when we were in line waiting before that, we were not served. This left mark on our satisfaction with service. Also - we have tried all drinks (all made based on sirups, so pretty cheap and poor quality), but we experienced, that rakia was used also for drinks where rum was supposed to go and therefore taste was awful. Drinks were really poor. Food - medium quality in total - some days were better, 2 times we were not able to find meat - but in total we were expecting that and were quite satisfied. Table service was great and they were always nice with smile on their faces. We really liked that. Special place is for desserts - you need to give some bonus to your chefs there - I am not that much enjoying sweets, but this time it was really good!!! Overal atmosphere was fine, near to the beach and several small shops and restaurants. ”
